FVMQ Frame Seals

Frame seals are used in static sealing only. They seal tight two matching parts and the sealing function occurs by the compression of the gasket.
These items are used in many different sectors and are produced only based on the design of the customer. Fluorosilicone, thanks to fluorine, displays the characteristics of silicone plus an excellent compatibility to fuels. In contrast to silicone it has a lower resistance value to high working temperatures. It is mainly employed in the automotive sector.

• Compound specific weight : 1.36 ÷ 1.63
• Hardness Shore A or IRHD attainable: 50 ÷ 70
• Minimum working temperature : -60 °C
• Maximum working temperature : 230°C
