Eurgomma uses exclusively high quality certified compounds. We can produce internally natural rubber compounds, for the food industry, neutral or colored both in open or close mixing mills; all compounds produced internally are certified for use in the domestic appliances sector and for the production of rubber bands.

All other rubber items are produced with compounds we purchase from certified and internationally-known suppliers. We have compounds produced for every application according to customers’ requests in external laboratories which are qualified and equipped for R&D and tests on compounds.
The compounds we work with most frequently are: NBR, ACM, EPDM, HNBR, FKM, FVMQ, VAMAC, XNBR, NBR PEROX, PLATINIC VMQ, FIREPROOF AND INSULATING NEOPRENE.

Competition has lead Eurgomma to specialize in working with innovative materials such as: EPDM PEROX (with WRAS homologation for drinking water contact), FIREPROOF NEOPRENE (according to UL94 V-0 standard) and several types of silicon ( Platinic VMQ which is safe for use in food industry, medical products and domestic appliances). products supplied by Eurgomma can be homologated by the most important international bodies (FDA, KTW, WRC, UL, DVGW).

With regards to traceability, Eurgomma guaranties to its customers detailed and accurate information through an internal repository system which associates documents of raw material, process control documents and finished products tests to each production lot and through the IMDS platform material identification is detailed to single molecules of raw materials.
